pyDrum

pyDrum is an interactive controller that uses the capacitance of the human body to trigger signals. Each of the eight domes acts as a sensor which, when touched, fires a corresponding MIDI note.

Through serial communication and other software, the signal can become any note or trigger an event, for example starting or stopping a song, or switching lights and lasers on and off. I wanted a portable and stylish controller I could bring with me while travelling.
